Official Rules

Eligibility:
The Modern Mom Probs, LLC Modern Mom Style Box Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Void outside the United States, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. Void to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Employees of Modern Mom Probs, LLC and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and advertising agencies, and/or any other entity or individual involved in the design, development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members (spouse, parents, step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sponsor:
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Modern Mom Probs, LLC, located at 10 Maplewood Road, Closter, NJ 07624 (“Sponsor”).
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a three (3)-month subscription to Modern Mom Style Box ($180 value). Prize is awarded “as-is” and use of the prize will be subject to all Modern Mom Style Box Terms of Service . Prize may not be transferred, assigned or substituted, except that Sponsor has the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, in its sole discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must provide a credit/debit card to redeem the prize via Modern Mom Style Box website. After 3 months, the subscription will auto-renew, and the payment method provided by the winner will be automatically charged a monthly subscription fee each month, if the winner continues their subscription after the 3-month free subscription period ends. Subscriptions (and auto-billing) will continue until the subscription is canceled (which can be done any time).

- Follow @modernmomprobs and @modernmomstylebox on Instagram and comment why you enjoy dressing up, between April 18, 2022, 12:01 AM EST and April 22, 2022 11:59PM EST (the “Entry Period”).

- Alternate means of entry: Via a free online submission form on www.modernmomprobs.com, submit the following information:

- Email address (if none, write “no email address”)
- Telephone Number
- “Modern Mom Style Box Sweepstakes”
The method you use to enter the Sweepstakes will not increase or decrease your odds of winning.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. To be valid, an entry must be received during the Entry Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged (unless selected as the winner) or returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries made but not received and/or accepted, due to being lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise impossible to process, or due to technical failures in the entry process (e,g, website crash) or fraudulent interference with the entry process (e.g. sending in multiple entries under pseudonyms). Such entries are void.
Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about April 23, 2022 at Modern Mom Probs, LLC’s principal place of business. The Winner will be announced on Modern Mom Probs, LLC’s Instagram page (@modernmomprobs) located at https://instagram.com/modernmomprobs with instructions for how to claim the prize. Failure to claim the prize per the instructions within five (5) calendar days of the publication of the post may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in disqualification and a new potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will deliver the prize within fifteen (15) days of announcing the winner. The potential winner may be subject to verification by Sponsor.
Odds:
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements.
WARNING:
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER AN ENTRANT OR NOT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnity:
You agree to release and hold harmless Modern Mom Probs, LLC, CaaStle, Inc., Instagram, and Meta and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, members, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), any claims, losses, damages arising from that participant's violation of the Official Rules, violation of Modern Mom Probs, LLC and Modern Mom Style Box Terms of Use, violation of law, and any other deceptive/ fraudulent actions participant takes in connection with the Sweepstakes or the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of prize. You understand that you are providing your information to Modern Mom Probs, LLC , not to Meta.
Choice of Law:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of New York.
Publicity:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor's and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, and/or photograph, for Sweepstakes purposes in any media, worldwide without further payment or consideration.
Privacy:
Sponsor's use of personal information is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is subject to change at any time, and which is located at: https://www.modernmomprobs.com/privacy.
Sweepstakes Results:
To receive the name of the winner, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please [contact Sponsor by email at (tara@modernmomprobs.com) // send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to (Modern Mom Style Box Sweepstakes) c/o Modern Mom Probs, LLC, (10 Maplewood Road, Closter, NJ 07624). Sponsor must receive requests within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end of the Entry Period.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
